Offerings
The Private

One client. One reformer. Fifty minutes built entirely around you — your body, your goals, your edge. The most direct path to progress we offer.

The Duo

Two clients. Two reformers. A semi-private session for those who prefer to train with a partner at full intensity.

The Trio

Three clients. Three reformers. Fifty minutes of work that builds on itself every session. For the client who wants to be pushed, not managed.

The Trio Advanced

Two pieces of equipment. Three clients. No shortcuts. The Trio Advanced combines the reformer and the chair for a session that challenges your strength, control, and range in equal measure.

Booking

Packages only. Purchase your sessions, then book directly through the client portal. Spots are limited and released two weeks in advance.

Instructor
Lena

Lena has a way of making the hardest work feel intentional. Her sessions are challenging, progressive, and built around the belief that strength, flexibility, and balance are earned together — not separately. Grounded in Pilates principles and informed by structural and functional anatomy, her approach meets every body where it is, including the most complex ones.
